"Release Nobel Laureate Liu Xiaobo" Forum

 On December 13, 2011, "Coalition for Citizens Rights" hosted a forum on Liu Xiaobo, the 2010 Nobel laureate for peace prize, calling on the Chinese government to release him immediately.
2011年12月13日，公民自由联盟在办公室举办了“释放刘晓波”研讨会，呼吁中国政府释放2010年诺贝尔和平奖获得者刘晓波。

Liu Xiaobo was sentenced to 11 years in prison in December 2009 on charges of "subverting state power", because he wrote an article named "Charter 08", calling for rule of law, freedom of speech, and government be elected by the people. He was awarded the 2010 Nobel peace prize for his outstanding contribution over the past 20 years to China's peaceful transition to democracy.
刘晓波在2009年12月被中国政府以“颠覆国家政权”的罪名判处11年有期徒刑，因为他写了一篇文章，“零八宪章”， 号召依法治国，言论自由，以及政府由人民选举产生。2010年，他获得了当年的诺贝尔和平奖，以表彰他在过去的20多年里以和平的方式为中国争取民主和自由而做出的杰出贡献。
