林秀珍:祖国和我

       现今的中国人，多数觉得在国内没有安全感！有钱有势的大人物在攫取了资源利益之后纷纷转移资产逃到外国。普通老百姓觉得自己被抛弃了，自己的国家已经不再爱他们了。而百姓又不能参与到国家建设的分红中，他们对自己国家的资源没有任何权利，这让他们深深地感到失望和对国家的绝望。
所以，在这个国家里国民们更象一个过客，出生需要准生证，房子只有70年使用权，行走各地各种过路费，过桥费，连死亡的骨灰都只能被保管20年并续费才可继续保管。
这些不合理的现象源于国有制度。因为国有，所以国民什么也没有；因为国有，所以国民使用任何资源都必须付费。一旦发现了任何有价值的矿藏，当地政府，国家都想介入其中开发分红。这种以利益为导向，把人民抛脑后的政治思想让人民对政府彻底失望，而这种一党专政的政治制度让人们把中国政府等同于中国，从而对自己的国家没有归属感。
国际上有一种“先占原则”，但是，除了捕鱼、采药、摘果、捕猎被默认，中国实际上从来没有正式承认这个原则。因此政府会根据发现资源的价值大小决定是否参与抢夺。同时一些嫉妒的人群利用国有制度“代表民意”让政府出面声明国有。因此国有制度变成了掠夺免费自然资源的手段，而这就是“客居祖国”的根源。
如果没有先占原则，那么所有的国家资源都无法被人民无偿使用，它们必须先归属国有，再以拍卖、经营、低价转让等政府行为将使用权移交民众。而这样就带来了各种资源的价格上涨。人民买不起房，供不起油，用不起煤。而国有垄断企业拥定价权，想涨就涨，滋生腐败。我想问一句，我的爱我的祖国，可是祖国爱我吗？

崔春花：强烈谴责中国当局将“脱北者”遣送回北韩

        一提到北韩，立刻令人联想到的就是饥饿、贫困、专制、黑暗、愚昧、屠杀、恐怖等。北韩独裁专政使民众陷入不见尽头的黑暗和苦难之中。

        由于金家王朝实施的残暴统治，北韩民众靠野菜草根充饥。并有大批人饿死。为了生存，北韩民众偷越国境，逃到中国东北，然而这些难民在中国被捕后，被遣送回北韩当局。他们回去后，不是被枪毙，就是到劳改营里做苦力一辈子，甚至用铁丝穿起锁骨，将他们拉走。在现代文明国家，就是如此对待动物，也要受到法律的惩罚。两个号称“人民共和国”的国家，如此残酷、野蛮。而另一方则是，熟视无睹。

        最根本的问题在于，北韩和中国当局都是独裁专制，志同道合，心心相映，故而中国当局才如此残酷，将大批北韩难民送回北韩去虐杀。

On August 28, 2012, "Coalition for Citizens Rights" held a rally at the United Nations Square protesting the forced repatriation of North Korean refugees in China, demanding the Chinese government to immediately stop sending those North Koreans hiding in Northeast China to their home country.

The North Korean dictatorship regime has been exhausting its national resources in developing nuclear arms and other weapons of mass destruction to challenge the free world, especially Japan, South Korea, etc. It imposes a threat to the peace in the Northeast Asia. Because of this, people in North Korea has been living miserable lives, many of them having starved to death.

北朝鲜专制统治竭举国之资源发展核武器等大规模杀伤性武器，以挑战韩国、日本等民主国家。这已经严重威胁到亚洲东北部的和平稳定。在此专制统治下，北朝鲜人民过着悲惨的生活，很多人被死于饥饿。

Since the 1990's, more than 200 thousand people from North Korea have crossed the Chinese-North Korean borders and have been in hiding in Northeast China to stay away from starving to death.
20世纪90年代以来，超过20万北朝鲜民众为逃避饥饿越过中朝边境，藏匿于中国东北地区。

However, the Chinese government has been vigorously enforcing the repatriation of North Korean refugees, and Chinese citizens, especially those ethnic Koreans who harbored those refugees are detained, fined, and even imprisoned.
但是，中国政府增强力度遣返北朝鲜难民，同时，帮助北朝鲜难民藏匿的中国人也面临被拘留、罚款、甚至坐牢的命运。

Those North Korean refugees who were arrested and sent back to North Korea are either sent to labor camps and die in hunger or disease, or simply got shot in mass execution.
那些被强制遣返的北朝鲜难民要么被送进苦力营，被饥病折磨而死，要么直接被处死。

"Coalition for Citizens Rights" calls on the Chinese government to immediately end the forced repatriation of North Korean refugees, and end the support to the Kim feudalistic dynasty.
公民自由联盟要求中国政府立即停止遣返北朝鲜难民，停止支持金家专制统治。

A number of members of "Coalition for Citizens Rights", including Jiang Jiantian, Li Changzhu, Teng Yongqin, Zheng Zhengjun, Jiang Kaixiong, Shen Xuehua, Cui Chengfan, Shen Xianglan, spoke at the rally in condemnation of the forced repatriation of North Korean refugees, and ask the Chinese government to allow them stay in China for humanitarian reasons. They also ask the Chinese government to stop supporting the Kim dynasty in North Korea.
公民自由联盟成员江鉴天、李长洙、滕用钦、郑正均、蒋开雄、申雪花、崔成范、沈香兰等在集会上讲话，谴责强制遣返北朝鲜难民的行为，并要求中国政府基于人道主义精神允许他们呆在中国，同时停止支持金家专制统治。

At the rally, Wang Wenbin, a petitioner from China, also spoke about his terrible experience of detention, beating by Chinese police while he was petitioning to the Chinese government about the labor fraud.
集会上，中国上访人员王文斌讲述了他因遭受劳动诈骗，在中国政府上访时被中国警察拘留、殴打的悲惨经历。

沈香兰：公正 严明 在哪里

2007年中国河南省永州市 有一个11岁的 小女孩 在 一家洗浴中心  被迫卖淫 6年。  辛苦的母亲找到自己的孩子  并且把 7名嫌疑犯 上诉给永州市人民法院。   第一审 申诉时 ，7名罪犯已承认自己犯罪 、可到了上庭 7名都翻供 了。为了包庇7名嫌疑人 、有几名干警 、政府官员出来作证 、 结果让一个上诉的 母亲 以 妨碍司法工作为由 被判去女子劳教所。 天理何在 ！2012年 女孩已17岁 、面无光泽 对一切保持沉默。

黄东辉：我为什么加入公民自由联盟

     在我们中国，老百姓没有基本的人权。我在国内的时候，亲眼看到朝鲜族同胞因为帮助逃离北朝鲜的难民，被公安带走，被拘留罚款。本来，苦难的北朝鲜人为了逃离饥荒，冒着生命危险跨越国境，躲避在中国的东北等地，中国政府应当以人道主义精神给他们提供帮助，让他们留在中国。可是，政府为了取悦于北朝鲜金氏流氓独裁政权，将那些逃离北朝鲜的难民都抓起来，送回北朝鲜，而那些悲惨的难民回到北朝鲜后，不是被枪决就是被送到劳改营，等待他们的是饿死和病死。作为一名朝鲜族的中国公民，我对中国政府的强行遣返北朝鲜难民的政策表示强烈的抗议，对中国政府迫害那些帮助北朝鲜难民的朝鲜族中国公民的政策表示极度愤慨。

另外，中国政府剥夺了我们作为公民的生儿育女的权利。中国历史5千年，哪一个朝代规定一对夫妻只能生一个孩子的？可是，中国政府为了推行计划生育政策，强行规定每一对夫妻只能生一个，那些违反计划生育政策的夫妻，遭到强迫流产和结扎的命运。尽管我们朝鲜族作为一个少数民族，允许生第二胎，但是，也要等到第一个孩子出生5年以后才可以生，如果违反了，也要被强制流产。生几个孩子是每一个公民的基本人权，但是我们作为中国公民，连这点基本人权都被政府剥夺了。

为了自由，为了人权，我逃离了中国，来到了美国这个尊重人权的国家。我终于过上了自由的，没有恐惧的生活。在一次很偶然的机会，我知道了“公民自由联盟”这个组织，这是一个为中国人的基本人权而努力工作的人权组织。这个组织倡导在中国实现言论自由，反对强迫流产，反对迫害那些帮助北朝鲜难民的中国公民，反对用暴力的手段拆掉老百姓的房子。我认为我的理念和这个组织的信念是一致的，所以我决定参加这个组织，希望能够为中国的人权和自由做一点贡献。我希望通过我的努力，我在中国的亲戚朋友，以及那些无数的我所不认识的中国人，都能够像美国人那样过上自由的没有恐惧的生活。

"Stop Forced Evictions in China" Rally 中国请停止强拆

On August 14, 2012, "Coalition for Citizens Rights" held a rally across from the Chinese Consulate General in New York demanding the Chinese government to take immediate measures to stop forced eviction and land grabs in China.

2012年8月14日，公民自由联盟在中国驻纽约总领事馆外举行集会，要求中国政府采取行动立即停止强拆和强占土地。

 the past several years, there have been an increasing number of violent evictions and land grabs in China, resulting in violent clashes and self-immolations. Local governments who worked hand in hand with real estate developers seized lands of farmers and tore down private houses for real esate development or industrial use, and they employed gangs and thugs to beat up land and home owners during the process.

在中国过去的几年中，强拆和强占土地事件不断增多，导致了一系列的暴力冲突和自焚事件。当地政府与房地产开发商勾结，强占农民土地，强拆私人房屋，用来进行房地产开发或工业开发。在此过程中，房屋或土地主人被雇佣的黑社会人员殴打的事层出不穷。

Tang Fuzhen, a woman in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, burned herself to death in trying to protect her home from being torn down. However, the government in Chengdu still tore down her house after her self-immolation.

四川成都妇女唐福珍以自焚的方式，企图保护自己的家免遭强拆。但是，即便她已经自焚，成都当地政府还是拆掉了她的房屋。



Qian Yunhui, a village head in Zhejiang Province, was murdered because he organized villagers to resist the seisure of the farmland of the village by the government.
浙江省一个村长钱云会，因组织村民抵抗政府的征地行为被残忍杀害。

A number of "Coalition for Citizens Rights" members spoke at the rally in protest of the forced evictions and land grabs in China. Yin Hushan said at the rally that forced evictions would not happen in America, because the government and the court are independent of each other, even if the government tears down private houses against the owner's will, the owner can still file a lawsuit against the government in a court of law, while in China, the court is part of the government and would reject lawsuits against government's forced evictions. There is no place in China where people can find justice.

公民自由联盟的成员们，在集会中表达了对强拆和强占土地的抗议。尹虎山在集会中表示，由于美国政府和法院相互独立，所以强拆不会发生在美国，即便政府强行拆掉屋主的私人房屋，屋主也可以向法院起诉政府。但是在中国，法院是政府的一部分，因此它不会受理政府强拆的起诉。在中国人民无处寻求正义。

Cui Chengfan said at the rally that from the forced evictions and land grabs in China, we can see that people do not have any basic human rights, even the rights to protect their private assets, and that is one of the reasons that we came to the United States because we wanted to live a life free of fear.
崔成范在集会上发言, 说从强拆和强占土地等行为中, 们可以看到中国人民无法享有基本人权,甚至都没有保护自己私有财产的权利,这也是我们来到美国的其中原因之一,  我们不愿意生活在恐惧中.

Jiang Jiantian said at the rally that in his home town of Fujian Province, there have been many such cases, and villagers were beaten and detained if they resisted tearing down of their houses, and they could not find a place to reason with government officials.
江鉴天在集会中说,在他的家乡福建省有很多这样的事情, 村民因为不愿意自己的房屋被拆而被打\被拘留, 他们甚至找不到地方去控告政府官员。

"Coalition for Citizens Rights" ask that the Chinese government to immediately stop forced evictions, protect people's private assets and let the people have a chance to live a life that is free of fear.
公民自由联盟要求中国政府立即停止强拆，保护人民似有财产，让人民过上没有恐惧的生活。

郭清：要求释放诺贝尔和平奖获得者刘晓波

刘晓波是中国一名著名的政论作家。2008年，刘晓波先生因为写了“零八宪章”，号召在中国实现依法治国，言论自由，政府由人民选举，被中国政府拘留，在2009年的12月25日圣诞节，作为一名基督徒的刘晓波先生被中国政府以颠覆国家政权罪判处11年有期徒刑。

2010年12月10日，挪威的诺贝尔奖评选委员会将该年度的诺贝尔和平奖颁给了刘晓波先生，以表彰他在过去20多年的时间里以和平非暴力的方式为中国的民主和自由做出的杰出贡献。可是，刘晓波先生却不能去挪威领奖，因为他当时还在中国的监狱里服刑。

我作为一名中国公民，呼吁中国政府立即释放刘晓波，尊重人民的言论自由。本来，刘晓波写了一篇文章，提出了一些政治观点，并没有号召暴力推翻政府，颠覆国家政权，这是每一个公民都应当享有的言论自由，而言论自由的基本人权是中国宪法第35条明文规定的公民的基本权利。难道宪法上规定的言论自由只有赞美政府的自由，而没有批评建议的自由吗？所以，中国政府应当立即释放刘晓波。
