Feng Jianmei, a woman in Shanxi Province, was forcibly performed an induced abortion in June 2012 when she was 7 months pregnant.
陕西妇女冯建梅于2012年6月被强迫引产，引产时已经怀有7个月身孕。

On June 19, 2012, "Chinese Coalition for Citizens Rights" held a rally across from the Chinese Consulate General in New York calling on the Chinese government to bring those officials responsible for forced abortions to justice.

In June, 2012, Cao Ruyi, a woman in Hunan Province, was forcibly performed an induced abortion when she was 4 months pregnant. Local government officials claimed that she violated the Family Planning Policy by trying to have a second child without government authorization.
2012年6月，湖南省妇女曹如意在已经怀胎4个月的时候被强迫引产。当地政府官员声称她违反了计划生育政策，未经政府允许私自怀二胎。

Approximately at the same time, Feng Jianmei, a woman in Shanxi Province, was caught by family planning officials and forcibly performed an induced abortion because she was not able to pay a 40,000 RMB ($6000) fine for having a second child. Feng Jianmei was then 7 months pregnant.
几乎在同一时间，陕西妇女冯建梅被计生办官员强迫引产，原因是她无力支付生育二胎的4万元人民币罚款（约合6000美元）。冯建梅当时已有7个月身孕。

Chinese Coalition for Citizens Rights strongly protests the forced abortions performed on Cao Ruyi and Feng Jianmei, and the inhumane Family Planning Policy enforced in China, and calls on the Chinese government to bring all those responsible for the forced abortions to justice. Coalition for Citizens Rights also calls on the Chinese government to immediately stop the One-Child Policy.
