"Free Liu Xiaobo" Forum释放刘晓波座谈会

This month marks the 2nd anniversary of the awarding of Nobel Peace Prize to Dr. Liu Xiaobo. On October 2, 2012, "Coalition for Citizens Rights" held a forum in New York, USA on Chinese political prisoner Liu Xiaobo, calling on the Chinese government to immediately release the 2010 Nobel laureate for peace prize.
本月是刘晓波获得诺贝尔和平奖两周年。2012年10月2日，公民自由联盟在美国纽约举行有关中国政治犯刘晓波的研讨会，要求中国政府立即释放2010年诺贝尔和平奖获得者刘晓波。

Dr. Liu Xiaobo, a dissident writer and a Christian in Beijing, China, was sentenced to 11 years in prison on the Christmas Day in 2009 on charges of "inciting to subvert state power" because he wrote an article named "Charter 08", a manifesto calling for rule of law, freedom of speech, and government be elected by the people.
刘晓波博士，是中国北京的一个异见作家和基督教徒。他因为撰写在2009年圣诞节以“颠覆国家政权罪”被判处11年有期徒刑。《08宪章》号召宪法改革、言论自由、政府民选。

 In October 2010, the Nobel Committee declared Liu Xiaobo the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize of the year.
2010年10月，诺贝尔委员会宣布刘晓波为当年诺贝尔和平奖得主。

Right now, Dr. Liu Xiaobo is still serving his prison terms in China.
现在，刘晓波仍然在中国狱中服刑。

"Coalition for Citizens Rights" calls on the Chinese government to respect freedom of speech and release Dr. Liu Xiaobo from prison immediately and unconditionally.
